In the Axios Future newsletter, Steve Levine references RWR’s work examining the strategic applications of Chinese investment in power transmission lines.  RWR’s COO Andrew Davenport comments in the piece:

“I would say that a significant part of the motivation here is to find some modus vivendi for continuing with massive, high-risk and sometimes nonsensical (from a commercial point of view) power projects in foreign countries.”
