On July 29, the Financial Times’ “FT View” referenced research by RWR in an editorial titled, “China’s Belt and Road Initiative is Falling Short”. Our research found that $419 billion (or 34%) of total projects in BRI countries since 2013 had encountered “trouble”, including performance delays, public opposition, or national security controversies.
